1. On January 22 1820 26 residents met at the Vienna red school house and organized the establishment of The Free Baptist Church. It would be in 1840 the church building was raised where it stands today. Rev. Josiah Bradley and son Alvin contributed the land.

Our Mission

• To preach and teach the Gospel of Jesus Christ so that God may be glorified in the salvation of sinners and that believers  (born-again Christians) be taught concerning the doctrines of Christ.
• To maintain a regular program for teaching the Word of God that believers might have opportunity to serve Christ in the local community.
• To promote Bible-centered, Christ honoring missionary efforts both at home and abroad.
• To provide regular services for public worship, prayer, praise, and fellowship.
• To preach against sin without compromise in both the secular ( unsaved ) and religious world.
